FUNFETTI FROSTING

 

Funfetti Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp confetti sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, mix the butter until smooth.
  • With the mixer on low, add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  • Gently mix in the confetti sprinkles.

Notes

If frosting seems too dry, add more milk. 
If frosting seems too thin, add more powdered sugar.

LEMON BUTTERCREAM

Lemon Buttercream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 6 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3-4 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, beat the butter until smooth.
  • Add in the sugar, vanilla, lemon zest and lemon juice.

Notes

If frosting is too thick, add more lemon juice. If frosting is too thin, add more powdered sugar.

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING

 

Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer, beat the butter and peanut butter together until smooth.
  • With the mixer on low, add in the sugar and milk.

Notes

If the frosting is too dry, add more milk. If the frosting is too thin, add more powdered sugar.
