I am totally and completely obsessed with this summer time Mint Lemonade!
Difficulty: Level 1 (easy peasy)
Total Time: 5 minutes
This Mint Lemonade has been my life this summer! I discovered mint lemonade a few years ago at a local restaurant and it has been one of my favorite things since then (Finn’s for all you locals – try it out!). I have tried many different varieties of it and so far this is my favorite! It’s super easy, none of that having to make simple syrup thing or juicing lots of lemons. And if you know me, I am all about easy! I like to add lots of ice into this so it’s almost like a slushee texture at the beginning, so delicious. You definitely have to get this going at your house this summer! It is a must have for sure.
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 2 cups ice
- 3 cups water
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until well combined.
- Serve with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
