One of my favorite go to treats of winter is only 2 ingredients and 2 steps! Definitely can’t go wrong with that.
Difficulty: Level 1 (easy peasy)
Hands On Time: 5 minutes
Just because the holidays are over, doesn’t mean you have to stop drinking hot chocolate! I feel like I definitely fall into that trap. Everyone is having hot chocolate, apple cider and many other hot drinks throughout the holidays, but then after, you kind of forget about them! It’s back to work/school/life and you forget to take your much needed hot chocolate break. So. Here is an excuse to take one! Have you ever had these before? Hot Chocolate Floats. Hot chocolate + peppermint ice cream. It’s that easy, and it’s that delicious. January is always a rough month, so let’s spice it up with things like hot chocolate floats, shall we?
- 1 cup hot chocolate
- 2-3 scoops peppermint ice cream
- Heat hot chocolate to desired consistency and pour into mug.
- Add 2-3 scoops of peppermint ice cream to the mug, enjoy!
