It’s almost October!! Which means it is DEFINITELY pumpkin season. Finally perfected this single loaf of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread and it is pretty much the best thing about fall.

Difficulty: Level 1 (easy peasy)

Happy (almost) October! The most wonderful time of the year. I absolutely love all the flavors of fall! Not to mention all the baking that can get done. There is just something about baking up something delicious on a crisp fall day. Which usually makes your house smell SO good and fall-ish. Which brings so many happy feelings. This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread definitely doesn’t disappoint and makes your house smell A-MAZ-ING. Ingredients
  1. 1 ½ cups flour
  2. ½ cup brown sugar
  3. ½ cup sugar
  4. 1 cup pumpkin puree
  5. ½ cup melted butter
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
  8. ½ tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp baking soda
  10. 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  11. 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a bread pan.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Place mixture into a greased bread pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
