It’s almost October!! Which means it is DEFINITELY pumpkin season. Finally perfected this single loaf of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread and it is pretty much the best thing about fall.

Happy (almost) October! The most wonderful time of the year. I absolutely love all the flavors of fall! Not to mention all the baking that can get done. There is just something about baking up something delicious on a crisp fall day. Which usually makes your house smell SO good and fall-ish. Which brings so many happy feelings. This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread definitely doesn’t disappoint and makes your house smell A-MAZ-ING. This is just a classic of fall, and you gotta have a go-to pumpkin bread recipe in your fall arsenal! I’m helping you out by sharing this one with you. You won’t be mad about it, promise. - 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a bread pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Place mixture into a greased bread pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
