¾ c butter -softened
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp salt
1 ¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, blend together the butter and both sugars.
Step 3: Add in the egg and vanilla followed by the salt, flour and baking powder – mix until combined.
Step 4: Add the chocolate chips and mix a couple more seconds.
Step 5: Form cookie dough into balls – about 2 tbsp – and place on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
