This chocolate cookie is packed with mini chocolate chips – that are practically visible to the naked eye, but oh bo y they add a chocolate melty-ness that takes away any dry-ness this cookie might have. The first ever ultra moist chocolate cookie.
the peanut butter chips matter.
We tested a lot of peanut butter chips in this giant cookie recipe. And there’s one brand that did actually make a difference. So you should most definitely use this brand when making this cookies for the ultimate peanut butter flavor. It will probably come as no surprise to you, but use the Reese’s brand pb chips. Reese’s knows what’s up when it comes to peanut butter candy, and so therefore they know what’s up when it comes to pb chips.
