Happy (almost) October! The most wonderful time of the year. I absolutely love all the flavors of fall! Not to mention all the baking that can get done. There is just something about baking up something delicious on a crisp fall day. Which usually makes your house smell SO good and fall-ish. Which brings so many happy feelings. This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread definitely doesn’t disappoint and makes your house smell A-MAZ-ING. - 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a bread pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Place mixture into a greased bread pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
