This favorite summer lunch is made with fresh tomatoes, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and fresh basil! Thank you to La Nay Ferme for providing this produce.

Last week I received some AMAZING produce from a local CSA (communities supporting agriculture) farm. What is a CSA farm? These are local farms that give you the opportunity to buy in and receive fresh produce from them on a weekly, bi weekly or monthly basis. This is something I have come across recently and was really excited about! I feel like the best way to get good fresh produce is to go to a farmers market, but I don’t always have the time to try and find a farmers market so I just settle for grocery store produce. After receiving my first batch of produce from La Nay Ferme, I was blown away and grocery store produce will never be the same!

My favorite part? I think my heart skipped a beat when I saw this giant, beautiful yellow heirloom tomato. I had to eat it right then and there in this Tomato, Basil and Balsamic salad.
