Eggs in a Bagel?! Yes please.

I don’t think I’ve told you yet. But I SERIOUSLY love bagels. And I only like eating eggs with something else, I don’t like to eat them by themselves. Call me weird, that’s fine. I’ll try to still like you. But that is why this breakfast is so perfect. A deliciously toasted bagel and the perfect amount of egg. So all you people out there who are sick of your traditional egg breakfast, here you go. A fun twist on the traditional eggs and toast – Eggs in a Nest.

2 eggs
1 bagel
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Melt butter over medium heat in a frying pan big enough to fit two halves of a bagel.
Step 2: Place bagel face down and cook for 2-4 minutes, until bottom is golden brown.
Step 3: Flip bagel over.
Step 4: Crack eggs one at a time and carefully pour into the center of each bagel half. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes
Step 5: Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
