These have been my most favorite cookies lately. Oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and M&M’s. Heaven in 1 bite.

So. These cookies. They’re like all my favorite things. Oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, M&M’s. You can’t go wrong with these cookies. I have been eating them all. winter.long. But I’m not complaining about it!

Peanut Butter Monster Cookies

  1. 1 cup butter
  2. ½ cup sugar
  3. ½ cup brown sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 tsp vanilla
  6. 1 ½ cups flour
  7. ½ tsp salt
  8. 1 tsp baking powder
  9. 1 cup oats
  10. ½ cup peanut butter
  11. 1 cup M&M's
  12. 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  1. In your stand mixer, combine the butter and both sugars until smooth.
  2. Add in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add in the flour salt, baking powder, oats and peanut butter. Mix until combined.
  4. Add in the M&M's and mini chocolate chips.
  5. Form cookie dough balls (about 1-2 tbsp), place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
