Stress free side dish to bring to all of your summer BBQ’s! I am totally stoked that the weather is starting to warm up, because that means…BBQ parties! And I am a sucker for all that summer food. This easy pasta salad is just that – EASY! I bet you thought pasta salad was tricky…but really it is a piece of cake and it is a dynamite recipe to have on hand because it is so easily customizable. You can mix up the kinds of pasta, the veggies you add to your pasta salad and even change up which Italian salad dressing you used based on each party. You’ll definitely want to get friendly with this super easy pasta salad because it will save you this summer! Feel free to make it a day ahead of time and just toss it with some extra salad dressing right before serving. Stress free summer parties coming right up!
- 12 oz tri colored pasta - cooked and cooled
- 1/2 cup cucumber - chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes - chopped
- 1/3 cup feta cheese - crumbled
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- Cook, drain and cool the pasta
- Mix the cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese and Italian salad dressing into the cooled pasta.
- Mix well and serve!
