Okay so this grilled pineapple. I really love pineapple. And I reallllyy loved grilled pineapple. Who else loves those brazillian meat restaurants? And who else’s favorite dish at the brazillian meat restaurant is the grilled pineapple? Oh yes. We should be friends.

Well, I have made you a healthy summer snack or side dish. That you should probably eat with these Baked Hawaiian Meatballs.

2 ingredients people. You can do this. Really.

RECIPE
1 Pineapple
2 tsp Cinnamon

Step 1: Slice the pineapple into long strips about 2 inches thick.
Step 2: Slide each piece of pineapple onto a skewer (optional).
Step 3: Sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Step 4: Grill 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
