Life has been totally CRAZY this month. We’ve been eating a lot of stir fry. And a lot of cereal. And maybe a lot of in-n-out burger…I’ll never tell.

If you want to know why my life has been crazy go check out Fit Con Utah! It’s a crazy awesome fitness event we’re putting on THIS WEEKEND! I can’t believe it’s here. I am so excited for it! I’m also really excited to get back to the blog next week. Because I have some serious blogging to do.

Back to this stir fry. I think it’s my favorite one yet. (Or this one is good too). I spice up your typical beef broccoli, with, well, spices. And beautiful red peppers. We’ve definitely had this three times in the last two weeks. We’re not complaining though.
