I have been craving meatballs lately. I have no idea why or where this weird meatball obsession came from. But that is all I want lately. I’m pretty sure I ate these Hawaiian Baked Meatballs every day last week and they were just as delicious as the day before.

Look how easy these are: Start cooking the rice. Mix the meatballs. Bake the meatballs. Make the sauce. Toss meatballs in sauce and serve over rice. Also great with this 2 ingredient grilled pineapple recipe.
