SO glad I found this! This Thanksgiving I know that my mom is freaking out trying to figure out what to make. We decided to do the big Thanksgiving dinner at my boyfriends house and just a brunch at my mothers place. I may have to whip up this salad which is a good predecessor for a big big dinner.
