  • 2 cups graham cracker, crushed 2 sleeves
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups marshmallows large or small marshmallows will work

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and the melted butter. Press into a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Pour and spread the sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crust.
  • Sprinkle on both kinds of chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Place marshmallows on top in an even layer *if using large marshmallows, cut them in half*
  • Broil for 1-2 minutes until marshmallows turn a light golden brown. *Watch carefully!!*
  • Refrigerate at least 30-60 minutes prior to serving.

For the marshmallow top, you can use any size marshmallows you'd like. You just want an even layer that covers the whole dish. I suggest cutting large marshmallows in half, or even in thirds if you are using those. Watch the marshmallows very closely when broiling, they are known to catch on fire if you don't pay attention! Take them out when they are just barely browned. Browning them to a campfire roasted color will make them slightly chewy in these bars.
